A Penn State graduate with a law degree from Ohio Northern University, Jeff has been practicing law in Punxsutawney since 1977. He practices in the areas of real estate, estates, personal injury, business, corporate, general civil litigation, oil, gas and minerals, workers compensation and municipal law.

A graduate of Westminster College and Ohio Northern University, he has been practicing law in Punxsutawney since 2005. Jay focuses on real estate, criminal, family law, municipal, business and general civil litigation.
